ENGINEERED OAK FLOORING SUPPLIERS

We supply two thicknesses and two grades. 

15mm and 20mm thickness in Character and Prime grades.

The Character grade will have knots over the length of the board. Any larger knots are filled using a high grade oak coloured filler. The quality is excellent, our best selling engineered floor. 

Prime grade speaks for itself. Knot free and without defects. 

All our flooring is pre-sanded twice to provide a ready to lay product. Please consider this fact when comparing with other manufacturers. It is an expensive operation to sand a floor  in-situ and achieve the same results as our flooring. All our floors are T&G end matched for ease of laying ad minimum wastage when laying over joists. 

All our floors have a single strip oak veneer glued onto either a birch hardwood multiply support in the case of our 20mm floor which is 14mm support and 6mm oak veneer. The 15mm thickness floor uses an 11mm pine multiply support and a 4mm thickness veneer. Both are suitable for underfloor heating application. The 20mm floor is suitable for use in structural application 

Lengths and widths

Lengths are usually between 1.4 and 2.1 metres. We will usually supply a mix of boards between these lengths.

Widths range from 100mm up to 220mm 

Finishes

We can supply your floor unfinished, oiled, lacquered, smoked, thermo baked, or antiqued. 

The flooring is finished to exacting parameters using modern high tech machinery. It is produced to order and you should expect a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks from time of order to delivery. The flooring is stored in temperature controlled warehousing prior to dispatch and will reach you in 3 days from leaving the workshops.
